According to Romans 11, The Gentile's part in salvation will come into the "fullness" of their purpose at the end time. Verse 31 says..."through your (gentile church believers) mercy, they (Israel) also may obtain mercy."
Only the Post-Azusa, Spirit filled Church has turned her heart to Israel. The liberal, non-spirit filled "World Council of Churches" ...support Israel's enemies, as they are more socialist than they are Christian.
So as our fullness is come, our evangelism to Israel is imperative if we are to be prophetically relevant...reaching them with the Gospel.
