Mixing Politics and Religion

Mixing Religion & Politics

by Steven E. Masone

The party leaders on the left want big government and national central authority that is headed for a global One World Government. The party on the right wants small government that retains state's right's and resists giving up sovereignty.

50 years ago... it was the left that was anti-establishment and the right was demanding more government intervention for the rule of law to prevail. Those on the right are now mostly gone and those on the left still are anti-establishment... as long as it is American

establishment.

They are now firmly embedded in the political fabric of our system. Their naive revolutionary power to the people mentality has never progressed from ideological idiocy that is as bankrupt as the communist socialist systems they want us to join. Most Bible believing Christians have a great aversion to a One World   Government based on Bible prophecy that is happening right now.

The founding fathers also had this aversion to a federalized central government by designing our constitution with checks and balances.

It is obvious that the left has interpreted separation of Church and State to mean that they have the right to silence our Faith! No school prayer, no Christmas or Easter vacation, etc...it seems that every thing that they know offends our sensibilities in this area, they relish doing!

Our best hope in these days where the left is attempting to dismantle the Constitution is to reassert State sovereignty.

Key Provisions Specifically Recognizing Rights of StatesAmendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Amendment XI (1795) The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.

Article V
The Congress,...on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which...shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress....

So thirty seven states need to be in conservative's control to call a Convention and ratify amendments to restore States Rights. Let the 13 or less States who want socialism have it! Let them have the poverty and illiteracy that it breeds along with the crime and lasciviousness.

They profane the name of God on our public airways, call their political candidates messiah, and preach their godless pablum that christian conservatives are mean spirited and liars while they call on God to 'Damn America', as they murder 3,000 children a day and support the enemies of America and Israel. Their two faced pretended support of our troops is transparent because any time a soldier loses it and our pilots miss and there is collateral damage, they instantly damn them also!

We cross over into Pakistan and kill a handful of El Qaeda, and they care not that these are the terrorists that crossed the oceans to commit 911! One of their bumper stickers reads " My America does not torture." Not one conservative christian will say war, killing and maiming is a good thing, when Americans are blown up ,  dismembered and slaughtered, they all do not die and where is the bumper sticker that speaks to their torture and suffering?

I fear we are coming to a place in American history where Abraham Lincoln 's warning that "absolute power corrupts absolutely" will be in play if the left ever gets that power, for their hatred is no longer tempered with passive resistance, they smell blood and it's

ours!
