When Good Men do something!

    A South Carolina Roman Catholic priest has told his parishioners that they should refrain from receiving Holy Communion if they voted for Barack Obama.

According to an Associated Press Writer, Meg Kinnard, The Rev. Jay Scott Newman said in a letter distributed Sunday to parishioners at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenville S. Carolina, that "they are putting their souls at risk if they take Holy Communion before doing penance for their vote."

    "Voting for a pro-abortion politician when a plausible pro-life candidate exists constitutes material cooperation with intrinsic evil." Rev. Newman also said, " It was not an attempt to make a partisan point, in fact, in this election, were reversed and the democrat were pro-life and the republican not, every thing I wrote would be exactly the same."

    Edmund Burke, an 18th century Brittish statesman made this famous quote, "For evil to triumph, it is enough that good men do nothing." For too long good men who represent the Judeo/Christian faith and moral ethic, have been silent on this subject and this catholic priest has risked much to speak the truth and speak the truth of biblical Doctrine that abortion is a mortal sin, and those participating in the election of those who promote it are accomplices as guilty as the hands that rip the innocent life

from the womb.

    If you grow  or produce the drug and or are the dealer who sells it to the addict, who overdoses and dies from it, all are guilty as one. We accuse the tobacco industry of the same crime as contributors to a legal addictive vice that kills millions every year, because of financial gain. The abortion industry kills 5,000 babies a day! It is a multi-billion dollar industry no different from any other death industry like, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, etc... Bravo! Rev. Newman...would to God every pastor and God fearing leader in America would "do something" that this evil will no longer hide itself under "legal protection."

    It was legal for slave owners to treat their slaves  any way they pleased including killing them because the "law" did not give them human rights, as they were the property of the slave owner. The unborn child is defined by law as part of the woman's body without it's own value and human rights, because men say so!

    All Christian theology as to what is God given human life is revealed in the Incarnation of Jesus Christ. At inception, the Holy scripture says "Mary was with child of the Holy;y Ghost." As we near the Christmas Season, to celebrate the birth of the Holy Child, say prayers for the 1.8 million babies slaughtered every year because it was legal! And remember the story of the "slaughter of the innocents" when King Herod attempted to kill the baby Jesus by ordering the death of every man child under the age of two in the land. He was King, it was legal. But still murder...the soldiers who actually killed the innocents were just following lawful orders, that's what they got paid for....if you are pro-life and voted for the abortion party platform because of economic and social benefits for you and yours, better listen to this good man who has done something!
