As an eternal optimist, I hold out in faith and hope, that this generation of believers can be like Jonah, and obey our calling and see a last revival brought by one last turn back to God before the destruction foretold by prophesy. But as an ardent student of eschatology, I see us at the final point of no return without a divine interruption in our nation's fall from God's favor. If God's plan is to humble the Church for not heeding the signs of these end-times, and obeying his Word: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land"...Then, even if Donald Trump is elected, and he really seems to roll back the tide of liberalism, we will have done nothing!
The Democrats are only a piece of the Beast System that scripture reveals is our true enemy that sooner or later will prevail against the saints of God which will then...and only then, bring the Second Coming of Jesus Christ who will defeat the Antichrist and his false prophet. But even then, the Beast will only be chained for 1,000 years until Satan is loosed one last time.So it is the Beast we fight! The Beast is Satan,The World (satanic system) and The carnal minds who give Satan place. Make no mistake that you and I can be giving aid and comfort to Satan if we are loving the world and the things of this world. The "love of money", the lust of the flesh, will cause us to be deceived with "lukewarmness" that will damn us into eternal wrath as sure as if we were an arch-devil, or Satan himself. When I see the failure of Church leaders who have remained silent in self-emasculation, making God's ministry nothing but impotent eunuchs, I wonder if there should be a respite given? When Abraham asked God to spare Sodom & Gomorrah, he could not find even ten righteous for God to show mercy for. Ten is the number of divine ordination. It was ordained that Sodom & Gomorrah be destroyed.It is ordained that the Beast System and it's rulers of darkness be destroyed. Looking back like Lot's wife was a type of loving that wicked world and the things thereof. It's time to flee Sodom!
